HISTORY

Richard's Disposal, Incorporated, a New Orleans based
company, entered the Sanitation Business in 1978 as A & L Services, and it
later evolved from a primarily Janitorial Service into a complete Solid Waste
Collection and Disposal organization.
The company brought a combined thirty years of
experience to the area of Sanitation Containment and Recycling. While the
Management of A & L Services would readily admit that theirs was initially
a "small" Minority Solid Waste Disposal Company, we were keenly aware that our
future growth and development meant that we had to diversify and venture out
for larger and more challenging jobs. Embracing that premise, Richard's
Disposal, Incorporated was able throughout careful planning, long and hard
hours of research and preparation to expand our services and resources to
attract business from both the private and public sectors of the community.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Richard's Disposal, Incorporated's credibility and
expertise was confirmed by winning several major contracts, such as the Ernest
N. Morial Convention Center, Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans Jazz and
Heritage Festival, 2002 NFL Experience, Lockheed Martin (Michoud), Stennis
Space Center, Louis Armstrong International Airport, New Orleans Public
Schools, Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, hauling for several
Construction Contractors, Office Buildings, Service Centers and Department
Stores.
On July, 21, 1993, Richard's Disposal, Incorporated won
a contract with the City of New Orleans for Residential Collection and Waste
and on September 21, 1993, was awarded another major contract for Residential
Collection in the Algiers area of Metropolitan New Orleans. These contracts are
still active.
